WisBot AI respects your right to request deletion of personal information associated with your account, demo inquiry, or use of our platform and website. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what to expect after we receive it.
To request deletion of your personal data, email us at yinchang.li@wisbot.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include enough information for us to identify your account or request, such as your name, email address, organization, and the WisBot service or interaction involved.
After verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account or inquiry where required by applicable law and where deletion is technically feasible.
This may include account profile information, demo request information, support correspondence, and platform records tied to your account.
If your request involves project data, uploaded files, deployment configurations, evaluation results, or data processed by an application deployed through WisBot, please identify the relevant project or application. We will work with the account owner or authorized administrator to delete applicable project data.
End-user data processed by applications deployed by WisBot customers may be controlled by the customer operating that application. If you are an end user of a customer application, you may also need to contact that application owner directly.
We may ask you to verify your identity or authority before processing the request. We aim to respond within 30 days of receiving a complete request. If additional time is required because of request complexity or legal requirements, we will let you know.
Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or preserve required business records. When retention is required, we limit access and retain the information only for as long as necessary.
