1. Introduction

WisBot AI ("WisBot," "we," "us," or "our") operates a production platform for AI consultancies and engineering teams that build, deploy, and monitor AI agent applications. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform, website, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

  • Registration data: Name, email address, organization name, and role when you create an account or book a demo.
  • Billing data: Payment method and billing address necessary to process subscriptions. Payment details are handled by our third-party payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

2.2 Platform Usage Data

  • Project and agent data: Templates selected, sandbox configurations, agent logic, evaluation test cases, deployment logs, and monitoring metrics you create within the platform.
  • Interaction data: Features accessed, actions taken, timestamps, and session duration.
  • Device and access data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL.

2.3 Client Application Data

  • Uploaded content: Documents, datasets, knowledge bases, and other files you upload to configure agents or run evaluations.
  • End-user data: Data processed by deployed agent applications is handled within your isolated infrastructure and is governed by your own privacy obligations to your clients.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Platform Operations

  • To provision and maintain your account, projects, sandboxes, and deployed infrastructure.
  • To run evaluations, quality gates, and production monitoring on your behalf.
  • To improve platform reliability, performance, and feature development.

3.2 Communication

  • To send service-related notifications such as deployment status, evaluation results, monitoring alerts, and security notices.
  • To respond to support requests and demo inquiries.

3.3 Legal and Security

  • To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse of the platform.

4. Data Isolation

Each project on WisBot runs on isolated infrastructure with its own database and runtime. Your project data is never shared with or accessible to other WisBot customers. End-user data processed by your deployed applications remains within your dedicated environment.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 Service Providers

We use third-party providers for infrastructure hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their functions and are bound by contractual obligations to protect it.

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secrets management, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Project data, deployment configurations, and evaluation results are retained until you delete them or terminate your account. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Restrict or object to processing of your data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at yinchang.li@wisbot.ai.

9. Code Ownership

You own the code, configurations, and infrastructure definitions you create on the platform. If you leave WisBot, you take everything with you. We do not claim ownership of your agent logic, templates, or deployed applications.

10. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not function properly without them.

11. Children's Privacy

WisBot is a business platform and is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
